
Why do you need my occupation and employer?
The California Fair Political Practices Commission requires us to keep this information on file. The purpose of this law is to prevent large corporations from making donations over the allowed limit by having their employees make the donations individually. If we do not have this information, we may be required to return your donation.
What if I'm retired or unemployed?
In order to comply with the CFPP Commission, please note in the comment section that your are retired or unemployed.
Are there any exceptions?
You can choose not to provide this information, and we will use your donation for general OCF expenses and lobbying in other states other than California. Or, if you make a donation of $99 or less, you are not required to provide this information.

We may accept unlimited contributions from individuals, unions, businesses, political action committees, associations, partnerships, corporations or any other entities. Contributions must be made from the donor's own funds and may not be reimbursed by any other person. Contributions from foreign nationals are prohibited.
